The aim of this project was to aid and facilitate assistance to Maldivian home-based workers. MACCS conducted a random survey to identify the home-based workers in the urban areas of the Maldives, the type of work they are doing, their current working conditions and the challenges they face. Through this survey, 40 participants were chosen to participate in capacity building workshops aiming to equip them with the knowledge and insight in costing, pricing, and leadership.
